Rules and Regulations

The MAD HOT BALLET Lottery draw will take place at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, 145 Queen Street West, Toronto, at 10:30 pm on Wednesday, June 11, 2014.

The draw will be conducted by staff of The National Ballet of Canada. Winning tickets will be returned to the drum. In between draws, the prize drum will be rotated a minimum of two full turns. Prizes will be drawn in ascending order of value.

As winning tickets are selected, winners will be invited up to collect their prize. Should the winners not be present, all efforts possible will be made to contact them by phone, email and mail. Winners have up to one year to claim their prize.

Winners will be published on the MAD HOT BALLET website – madhotballet.ca

Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of tickets sold. The maximum number of tickets issued for this lottery is 4,000.

Participants in the lottery must be aged 18 and above. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased in the province of Ontario.
