Biography

Dylan Tedaldi was born in Boston, Massachusetts and trained at Boston Ballet School and The School of The Hamburg Ballet.  Mr. Tedaldi joined The National Ballet of Canada as a RBC Apprentice in 2009, joined the Corps de Ballet in 2010 and was promoted to Second Soloist in 2013.  

Recently, Mr. Tedaldi debuted in the role of the White Rabbit in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Christopher Wheeldon and danced the role of Stanislav in the Canadian premiere of Nijinskyby John Neumeier. Mr. Tedaldi’s repertoire includes the role of Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet as well as lead roles in Theme and Variations and Mozartiana. His repertoire also includes The Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Giselle, The Nutcracker, Hamlet, Carmen, the second detail, West Side Story Suite, Chroma and Russian Seasons.  

In 2009, Mr. Tedaldi was both a finalist and a 2nd place winner in the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts YoungArts week. In 2008, he was the winner and Scholarship Laureate of the Prix de Lausanne.
