YOU dance Virtual Visits

The National Ballet of Canada is connecting with schools across the country to bring YOU dance to schools and students virtually in this school year limited by COVID-19.
 

Livestream – Register Now!

The National Ballet of Canada is pleased once again to be able to offer students the opportunity to enjoy a free ballet performance livestream direct from our rehearsal studios in Toronto on May 27, 2021.

All grades four, five and six from school boards across Canada are invited to sign up for the hour and 15 minute-long livestream YOU dance performance featuring five specially selected pieces danced by the National Ballet’s Apprentices, accompanied by a pianist.

Included in the livestream are interviews, pre and post-performance discussions as well as a chance for the entire class to get moving.

In Class Virtual Visits

YOU dance in class virtual visits provide students in grades four to six the opportunity to enjoy virtual rehearsals by the company’s RBC Apprentices. Students also get to know the Apprentices as well as get moving with National Ballet Teaching Artists. The dancers are all graduates of Canada's National Ballet School or other internationally renowned training institutions.
