Biography

Ayano Haneishi was born in Chiba, Japan and trained at Ecole de Ballet Pieds Nus in Japan and New National Theatre Ballet, Tokyo in Japan. She danced with Hong Kong Ballet’s Corps de Ballet before joining The National Ballet of Canada as a member of the Corps de Ballet in 2019.

Ayano’s repertoire with the National Ballet includes The Sleeping Beauty, Romeo and Juliet, Giselle and The Nutcracker. With Hong Kong Ballet, her reperotire included Odette/Odile in Ballet Classics for Children: Swan Lake, Odalesques in Le Corsaire and Spanish Doll/French Doll in The Nutcracker.
