Meghan Pugh was born in Ottawa, Ontario and trained at Canada’s National Ballet School. Meghan joined The National Ballet of Canada as a RBC Apprentice in 2012 and became a member of the Corps de Ballet in 2014.

Meghan has danced such roles as Effie in La Sylphide, Shepherdess in The Winter’s Tale, Kitty in Anna Karenina, Sheep in The Nutcracker and Fourth Fairy and Pussycat in The Sleeping Beauty. Her repertoire includes roles in Swan Lake, Giselle, Romeo and Juliet, Nijinsky, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Manon, The Merry Widow, A Streetcar Named Desire, Frame by Frame, Le Petit Prince, Allegro Brillante, Apollo, The Four Temperaments, Being and Nothingness, Carousel (A Dance), Symphony #9, Chaconne, The Dream, Etudes, Paquita, Emergence, Cacti, Paz de la Jolla and Orpheus Alive.
