DanceBreak tickets are subject to availability for most main season performances.
How to Book Tickets:
- Sign up to receive emails about DanceBreak
- We will email you when DanceBreak tickets are available for purchase
- To book tickets, login to your account (or register with us if this is your first time) and use the promo code DanceBreak.
- Pick up your tickets at the box office no later than one hour before the performance. Limit of two tickets per person. All Dancebreak attendees must show valid ID at the venue.

A limited numbers of great seats are on hold for DanceBreak. Tickets are first come, first served. Book early to secure your seat.
Limit of tickets per person. Please note – both attendees must be 35 and under. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets must be picked up at the Four Seasons Centre box office (145 Queen Street West at University Avenue) no later than one hour before the performance.
Valid ID as proof of age must be presented at the Box Office when picking up tickets. All DanceBreak attendees must show valid ID at the venue.
Tickets are not guaranteed for every performance and are subject to availability at the discretion of The National Ballet of Canada.
There are no exchanges or refunds on unused tickets.

Mixed programmes feature two or more ballets in one performance, hence the multiple titles, whereas full-length narrative ballets such as Swan Lake and The Sleeping Beauty follow one storyline across all acts.

Photography and videography is not permitted during the performance but you are welcome to capture the curtain call at the end of the show. Take as many photos and selfies as you like in the lobby of the beautiful Four Seasons Centre for Performing Arts before the performance begins and during intermission. Be sure to tag us @nationalballet!

Plan to arrive at least one hour before the time shown on your ticket. This allows for plenty of time for you to pick up your tickets at the box office, find your seat and place your drink order for the intermission and allows for unexpected transportation delays.
Our popular Ballet Talks take place 45 minutes prior to the performance, and we recommend arriving early if you wish to attend.

There is no dress code for performances. You should come in whatever you feel comfortable in but please take the chance to get dressed up if you feel so inclined!

Drinks and light snacks are available before the performance begins as well as during intermission in the lobby space. Eating is not permitted within the auditorium but you can take clear-coloured drinks in with the purchase of a souvenir cup available at the Four Seasons Centre bars. Avoid the line up and preorder your intermission drinks before the show.
