Sara dreamed of becoming a professional ballet dancer but left this world far too young. In her honour, we celebrate her legacy and love of dance today and her unwavering dedication to become a dancer through pre-professional training at Quinte Ballet School of Canada and enrichment classes at The National Ballet of Canada.
The National Ballet is deeply grateful to Sara’s parents for establishing The Sara Sylvia Holton Fund within The National Ballet of Canada, Endowment Foundation. The Fund upholds Sara’s legacy by inspiring the next generation of dancers through ballet education initiatives that she herself had enjoyed attending.
