What is Happening and Why

For the safety of all patrons and staff, the Four Seasons Centre has implemented new enhanced security protocols for all mainstage performances and The National Ballet of Canada will be implementing bag checks during the Summer Season.

What to Expect
  • On arrival at the theatre, there will be several bag check stations positioned just after you pass through the double doors
  • Security staff will be performing bag checks. You will be asked to open your bag for inspection and you may be asked to remove items.
  • The experienced security team will ensure the line moves quickly but you may have a short wait outside the doors to the foyer
  • Bag checks will take place before your tickets are scanned in by the ushers
  • Following your bag check, you will proceed to have your tickets scanned as usual
Our Recommendations
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance to ensure smooth entry
  • We kindly ask that you bring only small bags to the venue. Large bags are not permitted
