Rules and Regulations

The MAD HOT BALLET Lottery draw will take place at MAD HOT BALLET: Desert Dream on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at approximately 10:30 pm at Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, 145 Queen Street West.

The draw will be conducted by staff of The National Ballet of Canada. Winning tickets will be returned to the drum. In between draws, the prize drum will be rotated a minimum of two full turns. Prizes will be drawn in ascending order of value. As winning tickets are selected, winners will be invited up to collect their prize. Should the winners not be present, all efforts possible will be made to contact them by phone, email and mail. Winners have up to 6 months to claim their prize. Winners will be published on the MAD HOT BALLET website – madhotballet.ca

Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of tickets sold. The maximum number of tickets issued for this lottery is 4,000.

Participants in the lottery must be aged 18 and above. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased in the province of Ontario.

All prizes include applicable taxes and fees.

Hermitage Bay and Air Canada Holiday: Trip is for two (2) people between June 12, 2019 and June 30, 2020. Hermitage Bay stipulates blackout dates from December 21, 2019 to March 14, 2020. Air Canada business class tickets depart from and return to Toronto, Ontario.

Jays Care Foundation: Baseball Experience in a Luxury Suite: Food and beverage are not included with the suite; a concession voucher valued at $20.00 per person will be given. The Baseball Experience is only available on the day stipulated; no exchanges or refunds are possible.
