The presence, personality and performances of Rudolf Nureyev elevated the National Ballet to new levels of artistry, touring and acclaim. Artistic leaders and dancers will discuss the legacy of Nureyev’s 1972 production of The Sleeping Beauty and how it still challenges dancers and inspires audiences today.
