Four Seasons Centre Information
Medical Emergencies and First Aid
A house doctor is present at all performances. Please contact an usher if this service is needed.
Etiquette
For your enjoyment, and the enjoyment of the people around you, please remember theatre etiquette. Talking, coughing, humming and unwrapping cellophane-wrapped candies will disturb the performers as well as those audience members around you. Please remain in your seats until the programme has completely ended and the house lights are illuminated.
Cellular Phones
All mobile devices are to be silenced or turned off. Patrons can arrange with the house manager to be contacted for emergencies during a performance.
Scent in the Theatre
In consideration of patrons with allergies and/or multiple chemical sensitivities, we urge you to refrain from using scented personal products when attending our performances.
Four Seasons Centre Purchases
There are bars and concessions throughout the Four Seasons Centre, which offer beverages and snacks. All refreshments can be pre-ordered so that they will be waiting for you at the start of the intermission.
Payment options: our bars accept cash, debit, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay. The parking garage is set up for credit, debit, and Apple Pay only.
Cameras and Recording Devices
Cameras, video cameras and sound-recording devices are not allowed in the theatre at any time and MUST be checked at the coat room before entering the theatre. Anyone using a camera or any recording device in the theatre may be asked to leave.
Smoking
The Four Seasons Centre is a smoke-free environment.
