Celebrate Culture Days at The National Ballet of Canada
Watch National Ballet Artists in Rehearsal and Take a Free In Studio Beginner Ballet Class
The National Ballet of Canada invites you to celebrate Culture Days on Friday, September 20 from 4:45 to 8:00 pm at The Walter Carsen Centre. Watch National Ballet artists as they rehearse for upcoming tours to London and Paris and then take a free In Studio beginner ballet class in our spacious and bright studios.
Following the one hour rehearsal, learn the art of ballet, simple ballet positions and movements at the barre and centre in a one hour and 15 minute-class which will conclude with a short Q & A with National Ballet artists.
Come as you are, no previous dance experience required. This event is for participants ages 10 and up.
