Bonnie Beecher has created the lighting for over 400 productions for theatre, opera and dance. The National Ballet of Canada credits include one hundred words for snow, the weight of absence, Swan Lake and Procession.
Recent productions include Mary, Queen of Scots (Scottish Ballet), Lady Macbeth (Dutch National Ballet), Major Barbara (Shaw Festival), The Welkin (Soulpepper Theatre), A Streetcar Named Desire (The Citadel Theatre), People, Places and Things (Coal Mine Theatre) and BEND (Aszure Barton & Artists). Upcoming productions include Cinderella (Ballet Ireland), Something Rotten and Guys and Dolls (Stratford Festival), Robin Hood (Canadian Stage) and Death of a Salesman (The Citadel Theatre). Bonnie lives in Toronto. |
