The National Ballet of Canada is one of just six companies in North America to have a full orchestra to accompany its productions. Acclaimed as one of the finest ballet orchestral ensembles in the world, The National Ballet of Canada Orchestra is led by Music Director and Principal Conductor David Briskin.

The National Ballet of Canada’s Board of Directors are dedicated volunteers who lend their expertise and guidance to the executive team and ensure the company remains financially resilient and a respected cultural leader in Canada and internationally.
