Terms and Conditions
Purchaser is responsible for checking the date, time, and venue location on this ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged on or after the performance. All performances proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and transportation delays. Patrons are not authorized by Management to move from assigned locations. Programme and artists are subject to change without notice.
In the interest of all patrons, latecomers will be seated at intermission or if there is a suitable break during the performance. Patrons who wish to leave during a performance will only be allowed to re-enter the theatre at intermission.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed objectionable. The Four Seasons Centre reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol at any time.
Beware of third-party sellers! Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may not be valid. Invalid tickets will not be honoured and ticketholders will be refused entry.
The use of cell phones, electronic watches or any other electronic devices for voice, photography, video, texting, or email purposes is not permitted during the performance.
In consideration of patrons with allergies and/or chemical sensitivities, we urge you to refrain from using scented personal products when attending our performances.
We welcome children who are old enough to enjoy The National Ballet of Canada’s performances. Children are considered 13 and under. Children under 2 years old are not permitted. Please note most ballets are not suitable for children under five. Please contact us to discuss the suitability of a performance for young children. All patrons, including children, must have a ticket to enter the theatre; children must be seated beside the accompanying adult. To ensure the enjoyment of all our audience members a child must be able to sit quietly and not disrupt the performance for other patrons. Anyone causing a disruption may be asked by an usher to leave the theatre without refund of the ticket purchase.
