Artistic Director Hope Muir’s vision for The National Ballet of Canada includes a commitment to provide each dancer opportunities necessary for a satisfying career and to add new choreographic voices to the company’s signature repertoire. Through her time working in the UK, the US and now Canada, Hope is deeply engaged with ballet on the world stage and connected to emerging and established choreographers across Europe and North America.

UK Friends is proud to be associated with this prestigious company and to keep Canadians abroad connected to home. We are pleased to host company leaders and artists, and to gather together for performances and events in the UK. Donations to UK Friends will be used to support the National Ballet’s excellence in performance in the UK including touring, the development of exciting new productions and outreach programmes.
